Wondering why I do what I do at the gym?
I’d say the physical results speak for themselves.
The mental results though? I can now walk into the weights section with far less anxiety. There’s still some but I wouldn’t have even considered it before. I’m happier, I’m more relaxed and I’m way more comfortable showing off what I’m working hard to achieve.
They may seem like just more pics of chicks in underwear but to me, this is a big deal. I can look at my back in the mirror and say wow! I look kinda awesome these days!
